Sometimes, two photos say more than a thousand words.
The first photo was taken shortly after our customer received his Aoi rose. The plant had suffered a stress by over used root booster fertilizer and not right place to grow rose . Several branches had dried back, and the customer was understandably worried that the rose might not survive.
He sent us a message:
“Morning, the AOI seems to surviving, new leaves coming up slowly. For those dried branch, can I cut away?”
Our answer was simple:
“Yes. Please remove all dead branches on the rose.”
That short message was only a tiny part of our conversation.
Behind these two photos were many messages exchanged over several weeks—checking the plant’s progress, adjusting care, answering questions, and giving step-by-step guidance whenever needed.
And today 24th Jun ( after 1.5 months) ….
The second photo tells the rest of the story.

🌸 New shoots have developed.
🌸 Fresh flowers have appeared.
