Introducing Kizuna, a breathtaking rose variety bred by Dominique Massad in France (2012), created with a heartfelt purpose. Its blooms transition beautifully from apricot yellow to salmon pink, forming a cup to quarter rosette shape with 90 to 100 delicate petals. The large flowers, with an impressive diameter of up to 12 cm, are displayed in small clusters and emit a mild yet fruity fragrance, perfect for adding charm to any garden.

Kizuna is a semi-vine shrub, reaching a height of up to 120 cm and a width of 60 cm, making it ideal for various landscapes. The rose is also known for its glossy, disease-resistant foliage and its outstanding repeat blooming habit throughout all four seasons.

This remarkable rose holds a special meaning, as it was presented by Dominique Massad at the request of the French Old Rose Association in response to the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. The name Kizuna, meaning “enduring bonds” in Japanese, symbolizes the close relationships forged through mutual trust and support. As part of its charitable roots, 10% of the sales proceeds are donated to support disaster recovery efforts in the Tohoku region through the “NPO Japan-France Charity Rose Bonds.”
