Rose Janice Kellog is a very beautiful and vibrant crimson and purple rose. It has a very strong and full fragrance, with 41 petals. It is a large, old-fashioned bloom form that blooms in flushes throughout the season. The foliage is a dark green and is semi-glossy. It is very disease resistant and can be used for cut flowers, gardens, or landscapes. It is a very vigorous rose and will require removal of spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.

In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
